TIME & SPACE

When i inhale
i feel the breath move into my chest
i give myself the time to expand
to create the space
to breathe

when i move into a posture
i watch the shape change
as i breathe
strengthening what needs to be strong
(strong not straining)
and relaxing that which needs to be at ease
(listening and lengthening)

giving myself the time
to experience
and the space
to allow
more room in the body
for me to live and move a little more freely

be generous with yourself
be easy with your time
the body will open
it must
repetition allows magic to rise
give yourself the time and the space
to enjoy your practise
